Juniper Education is a dynamic school effectiveness and improvement organisation, delivering sophisticated software, training and consultancy services to over 4,000 school customers across England and in 20 countries overseas. We employ 150 staff and are growing quickly, currently adding over 1,000 new school customers a year.

We are committed to helping schools achieve the best possible outcomes for all pupils. We are part of the range of services we have bought together to work in partnership with you to achieve this.
Juniper Education has recently undertaken a large scale research project looking at school effectiveness. Our research shows:
"Effective CPD is active and evidenced based. It should take place over a timeframe of between 15 and 50 hours and is sustained over at least two terms with a clear focus on teachers' knowledge of subject content and how students learn it, with continuous feedback of impact on teacher improvements."

Many of our courses are delivered by our Education Consultancy colleagues, who we work with closely to provide high quality support to schools and governors.
