This new structured induction programme is essential for any new HR staff or school administrators who have responsibility for HR. The programme combines online training, practical exercises and tutor sessions covering the key aspects of HR that will be encountered on a regular basis. The training offers a structured programme of sessions over one full academic term to give delegates time to gain confidence and knowledge in these key areas and be able to apply this knowledge in practice in a support environment.
