The Safer Recruitment course covers the key requirements of the Statutory Guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education focusing particularly on:

This new structured induction programme is essential for any new HR staff or school administrators who have responsibility for HR. The programme combines online training, practical exercises and tutor sessions covering the key aspects of HR that will be encountered on a regular basis.
