Essential Training for New Finance Staff – Part 2

Event Summary Finance Officers in a school/academy need a diverse range of financial knowledge,including internal controls, financial administration and reporting requirements. This series of modules provides the information needed to understand School/Academy finance and administration.
Event description
The second module in a series of six for the full course. Part 2 will cover financial regulations & internal controls; understanding business interests & related parties; budget monitoring requirements to the governors/ttrustees.
The presentation will include working demonstrations, to enable a better understanding. There will be opportunities throughout the session for delegates to ask questions.
 
The finish time is approximate depending on the amount of questions.
There will be a 10 minute comfort break half way through the session.

 This course will be delivered remotely using Microsoft Teams
