Event Summary | This fourth module in a series of six aims to give delegates an in-depth knowledge of why financial budgeting is important within an academy and how it can be achieved in a realistic manner. The module also looks at budget monitoring. | ||||||
Event description | Designed with Headteachers and Deputy/Assistant Headteachers in mind, delegates will be guided through the budget setting process and introduced to relevant financial tools that are available to assist them in confidently setting the academy's budget. The course also introduces budget monitoring and reporting and how to interpret system generated reports. There will be demonstrations of computer based tools and practical examples. |
