Event Summary | Staff attendance management is a positive and effective alternative approach to managing absence. The latter is, by its nature, re-active whereas staff attendance management is a proactive way of reducing all absences, but includes managing those that do occur and in turn improving organizational and individual wellbeing and engagement. | ||||||

The Staff Attendance Management training offers guidance and support on the concepts and practicalities of effective staff attendance management, promoting employee health & wellbeing and managing sickness and other absences effectively. Together we will cover the main aspects of staff attendance management including roles and responsibilities, policy frameworks, reporting procedures and sources of advice and support. |
