| Event Summary | This module aims to give delegates an in-depth knowledge of why financial budgeting is important within a school or academy and how it can be achieved in a realistic manner. The module also looks at budget monitoring. This module assists delegates to understand how the school is funded and when, the statutory returns that are required and generating income. | ||||||
| Event description | Designed with Headteachers and senior leadership in mind, delegates will be guided through the school budget setting process and introduced to relevant financial tools that are available to assist them in confidently setting a school budget. The course also introduces budget monitoring and reporting and how to interpret system generated reports. This module is computer based and contains practical examples. |
