Event description | The impact of sickness absence (both short and long term) cannot be underestimated. It has been shown that the absence of the regular teacher has a significant impact on pupil attainment; it can also lead to the loss of skills and knowledge for the absent employee, has an impact on team morale and can have significant financial implications. |
