Event Summary Finance Officers in a school/academy need a diverse range of financial knowledge,including internal controls, financial administration and reporting requirements. This module provides the information needed to understand School/Academy finance and administration.
Event description The third of 3 modules in the full course, each module is a day. Module 3 will cover annual reporting, year-end accruals & processes, benchmarking & completing the finance information for SFVS/SRMSAT return. The presentation will include demonstrations to enable a better understanding. There will be opportunities throughout the day for delegates to ask questions.

Due to social distancing, we will conduct the course remotely via Microsoft teams. 
 
Learning outcomes Delegates will;
• gain confidence in financial reporting and year end processes
• gain knowledge and confidence in using the benchmarking website and reporting
• gain knowledge and understanding of the financial information reported in the SFVS/SRMSAT
