Event Summary Have you taken on a new HR administration role within a school? Do you manage day to day HR issues?

The smooth running of HR administration processes, including recruitment, issuing contracts in a timely manner and maternity leave and pay, are essential to helping schools run effectively. This course has been specifically designed with new school HR administrators in mind. It provides an overview of the key HR areas and is designed to be both informative and practical.
Event description
A two day course covering the key HR areas school administrators will encounter on a regular basis. The informal and supportive environment will enable delegates to gain confidence and knowledge on these key areas and become familiar with the extensive sources of HR information available to them. The course incorporates information sessions along with practical exercises so that delegates can practice applying the information and processes with support from the trainers.

Participants who are not currently HR customers are welcome to attend our courses, although you should be aware that an additional charge will be applied. For customers that do not subscribe to the Full HR Consultancy service, the cost to attend this course will be £416.
