Ensuring the administration of staff absences runs smoothly and appropriate steps are taken quickly is essential. |

| Additional information | This refresher course has been designed for HR administrators who would benefit from updating and consolidating their knowledge on the administration of sickness absence, together with an overview of leave of absence requests and an update on flexible working requests which are now open to all employees with over 26 weeks service.
