Event description | The second module in a series of six for the full course. Part 2 will cover financial regulations & internal controls; understanding business interests & related parties; budget monitoring requirements to the governors/ttrustees. The presentation will include working demonstrations, to enable a better understanding. There will be opportunities throughout the session for delegates to ask questions. | ||||||||
