Event Summary | This fourth module in a series of six aims to give delegates an in-depth knowledge of why financial budgeting is important within a school and how it can be achieved in a realistic manner. The module also looks at budget monitoring. | ||||||
Event description | Designed with Headteachers and Deputy/Assistant Headteachers in mind, delegates will be guided through the school budget setting process and introduced to relevant financial tools that are available to assist them in confidently setting a school budget. The course also introduces budget monitoring and reporting and how to interpret system generated reports. There will be demonstrations of computer based tools with practical examples. |
