Event Summary | This third module in a series of six assists delegates to understand the complexities of how the academy is funded, the funding timetable, the statutory returns that are required and generating own income. | ||||||
Event description | Designed with Headteachers and Deputy/Assistant Headteachers in mind, this module equips delegates with the necessary skills to monitor and understand the Schools Block Funding (GAG), the calculations of other funding streams and the timetable for receipt of government funding; delegates will have the opportunity to review their own GAG Statements during the session. We will also look at generating own income. These courses contain practical demonstrations on how to correctly budget and account for traded activities - Catering, Breakfast and After school clubs. |
