| Event description | This course will cover the relevance of Trading Accounts, how to produce a business plan and reporting to Trustees for inclusion into the annual budget. The emphasis will be on Catering / Breakfast & After School clubs / Nursery, with reference to other traded activities. Using the Juniper trading account tools, we will demonstrate how to complete on a monthly basis the actuals against the business plan budget. We will cover how to interpret figures and report them to Trustees. There will be opportunities throughout the presentation for delegates to ask questions. |
