Event description | This online training course will be delivered by a crisis communications professional who has probably been involved planning the communications response to more school related serious incidents than anyone else. This course will help you to answer the following questions with reference to real incidents and case studies faced by schools throughout:

Additional information | No preparation is required although it is advised that delegates refresh themselves of their school crisis management and crisis communications plans in advance.
