The aim of the course is to enable you to understand how the way you will be funded as an External bank school affects the way in which you plan your spending not only in the one year budget, but also in your school development planning for future years. We will explain the benefits of cashflow monitoring and how this will be reported to you as part of your monthly reporting pack. |

| Event description | This half day course will look at how External Bank schools receive their funding, and the impact this will have on your spending plans as consideration must be given to when you spend. We will explain how careful cashflow monitoring will benefit not only your decision making, but also your responsibility in financial management. As well as helping you to understand the benefits behind cashflow monitoring, we will demonstrate the type of reporting you can expect to receive from your finance staff on a monthly basis. The session will include the opportunity to interact with our expert finance consultants. |

| Additional information | Due to social distancing, this course will be delivered remotely using Microsoft Teams. The price is per delegate and does not include VAT. This is a morning session and the finish time is approximate depending on the number of questions. |
