Event Summary This module assists delegates to understand the complexities of how the school is funded and when. The statutory returns that are required and generating income.
Event description Designed with Headteachers and Senior Leaders in mind, this module equips delegates with the necessary skills to monitor and understand the Schools Block Funding, the calculations of other funding streams and also looking at self-generated income. Delegates will have the opportunity to review their own Schools Block during the session.

These courses contain practical exercises to demonstrate how to correctly budget and account for traded activities - Breakfast and After school clubs.

Due to social distancing, we will conduct this course remotely via Microsoft teams.
