Teachers are needed now more than ever. Providing high quality professional development for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT's) will help them to complete their induction successfully. What Makes Our Programme Different? Unlike other NQT Support Programme providers, we deliver a blended approach to professional development: • A mix of online, self-driven and trackable pre-learning modules via our CPD app. • Coached and peer-to-peer support delivered via Microsoft Teams in small working groups. • Learning is validated by a Juniper Education Digital Badge associated with the successfully completed module. A Personalised Learning Experience NQTs select from a menu of 31 modules over their induction year to address directly the development needs identified in their Career Entry and Development Profile. The modules are designed around the 5 core areas of the DfE’s Early Career Framework (ECF).
